Please note that while standard items are eligible for full refunds, custom-built pieces may be subject to a restocking fee due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship to Workshop

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
